- Clients can use our ever popular management service where unlike other rental companies we actually personally collect your rent at the end of every month in order to continually monitor the upkeep and condition of your property and resolve any maintenance issues/resolutions.
Tenant change
- At the end of a tenancy agreement we will be actively involved in collecting keys, securing property, inspecting property feedback to our client, providing a cleaning service, a laundry service (if required) and arranging repairs if necessary, also our removal service is available to landlords and clients alike, tenant deposit will also be returned to client after a thorough inspection has taken place and when there are no faults to be found.
Insurance
- Advising client on best practise policy regarding house and content insurance, with specific reference to clients wishing to rent.
Emergencies
- Our management service will provide a 24hour emergency service, for example lost or forgotten keys.

- At Property Lets NI we can provide you with a management service at a cost of 7% of your monthly rental premium.

Occupancy

Property induction
- Showing new tenant into property and the use of different functions for example central heating, shower etc.
- Detailed itinerary checklist with tenant(s)
- Signing of contracts
General maintenance
- Should any maintenance be required, we will ensure that the work is carried out effectively and efficiently by our qualified tradesmen which will be invoiced at cost.
- Take advantage of our painting and decorating services.
- We can also advise on soft furnishings and purchase on your behalf.
